Our history
With over 16 years of hands-on experience in real estate transaction management, Transaction-Services was built on a foundation of accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and coordinated more than 15,000 real estate transactions, supporting agents, brokers, and teams through every stage of the contract-to-close process.
My experience spans multiple states, giving me a strong understanding of varying regulations, brokerage practices, and compliance requirements. This multi-state background allows me to anticipate potential issues, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and ensure every file is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
